1. Services & Scope

Hayfay provides professional digital presence management, copywriting, strategy optimization, and publishing pipeline creation. All individual deliverables, strategic milestones, and scope parameters are defined in your specific campaign agreement.

2. Payment Terms & Currency

• Currency: All transactions, service packages, and custom quotes are processed strictly in British Pounds (GBP, £).

• Billing: Payments must be rendered via our integrated secure checkouts. Services will begin once the initial deposit or agreed project fee has cleared.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Due to the custom, strategic nature of digital asset production, copywriting, and active platform management, all payments for onboarding, completed milestones, and monthly campaigns are non-refundable.

• Cancellation: Clients may cancel ongoing management retainers by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle. Access to ongoing asset production and strategy pipelines will cease at the end of the paid billing period.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
